Based on the discussion at a work session on Tuesday, Feb. 9, Grace hopes to be ready within 30 days to take the first steps to implement Phase I of the program that will digitize all incoming documents for six departments and scan and digitize back files for four of the six departments.
The project will eventually cost an estimated $577,000, plus $22,000 in subsequent yearly software licensing costs.
