YORKTOWN HEIGHTS, N.Y. – Joseph E. Pagliaro, of Yorktown Heights, died Wednesday, May 18. He was 89.
He was born Dec. 8, 1926, in the Bronx, to Joseph and Ida Pagliaro. He served in the U.S. Marine Corps.
He is survived by his wife, Vita; children, Ida (Darryl) Alimonti, Marie (Dan) Smyth and Joseph (Lisa) Pagliaro; grandchildren, Ciara (Jason), Daniel (Emily), Denis (Maria), Joseph, Michelle and Nicholas; and four great-grandchildren.
Family and friends will honor his life from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Friday at Yorktown Funeral Home, 945 E. Main St., Shrub Oak. A Mass of Christian burial will take place at 10 a.m. Saturday at St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Church, 1377 E. Main St., Shrub Oak. Entombment to follow Rosehill Memorial Park.
