Mohegan Lake Businessman Arrested After Cocaine Investigation

CORTLANDT, N.Y. -- A Cortlandt man was arrested Thursday following a six-month long cocaine investigation, according to New York State Police.

State police in Cortlandt and the Westchester County District Attorney's Office served two search warrants Thursday at the home of 30-year-old Antonio Sabater at 32 Durrin Drive in Cortlandt and Tropical Fantasy Tanning Salon in Mohegan Lake, which is owned by Sabater, according to a news release. 

Sabater was later arrested on multiple felony counts of the criminal sale of a controlled substance, according to the release. Charges were filed in Cortlandt and Yorktown. 

"This investigation revealed that Sabater was a significant cocaine distributer in the Northern Westchester area, dealing from his home, business, and vehicle," according to New York State Police. 

Sabater was arraigned in Cortlandt Town Court and currently sits in Westchester County Jail in lieu of $100,000 bail.
