Four Northern Westchester Residents Charged With DWI In State Police Stops

New York State Police troopers busted more than a dozen motorists who were allegedly driving while impaired over the weekend in the Hudson Valley.

The local residents charged were:

Westchester County

  • On Saturday, Dec. 1, State Police from Hawthorne arrested John D. Fuller, 59, of Cortlandt, for DWI, and aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, both misdemeanors. He was traveling on the Sprain Brook Parkway in Greenburgh when he was found sleeping on the Parkway. The investigation revealed that he was impaired by alcohol, and he was subsequently arrested.
  • On Sunday, Dec. 2, State Police from Cortlandt arrested Christopher M. Giannetta, 24, of Cortlandt, for DWI. He was traveling on Sunset Road in Cortlandt, when he crashed into a utility pole. The investigation revealed that he was impaired by alcohol, and he was subsequently arrested.
  • On Sunday, Dec. 2, State Police from Cortlandt arrested Gloria Mooney, 48, of Cortlandt, for DWI. She was traveling on 3rd Street in Cortlandt, when she was involved in a domestic dispute over parking spots. The investigation revealed that she was impaired by alcohol, and she was subsequently arrested.
  • On Monday, Dec. 3, State Police from Cortlandt arrested Cesar Barreto Guaman, 41, of Ossining, for DWI. He was traveling on Route 9 in Ossining, when he was stopped for a vehicle and traffic law violation. The investigation revealed that he was impaired by alcohol, and he was subsequently arrested. 

Dutchess County

  • On Friday, Nov. 30, State Police from Wappinger arrested Michael C. Ambrosini, 30, of Beacon, for DWI. He was traveling on Rock Hill Road in Beacon, when he was stopped for a vehicle and traffic law violation. The investigation revealed that he was impaired by alcohol, and he was subsequently arrested.
  • On Saturday, Dec. 1, State Police from Rhinebeck arrested Patrick Dantonio, 62, of Rhinebeck, for DWI. He was traveling on Livingston Street in Rhinebeck, when he was stopped for a vehicle and traffic law violation. The investigation revealed that he was impaired by alcohol, and he was subsequently arrested.
  • On Sunday, Dec. 2, State Police from Poughkeepsie arrested Ariel W. Reid, 24, of Millbrook, for DWI. She was traveling on Route 44 in Washington, when she was stopped for a vehicle and traffic law violation. The investigation revealed that she was impaired by alcohol, and she was subsequently arrested.
  • On Sunday, Dec. 2, State Police from Poughkeepsie arrested Victoria C. Ramos, 20, of Poughkeepsie, for DWI. She was traveling on Route 44 in Poughkeepsie, when she was stopped for a vehicle and traffic law violation. The investigation revealed that she was impaired by alcohol, and she was subsequently arrested.

Putnam County

  • On Sunday, Dec. 2, State Police from Brewster arrested Erasmo D. Jordan Lemus, 28, of Brewster, for DWI. He was traveling on Main Street in Brewster, when he was stopped for a vehicle and traffic law violation. The investigation revealed that he was impaired by alcohol, and he was subsequently arrested.

Fairfield County

  • On Saturday, Dec. 1, State Police from Brewster arrested Francesca Nastro, 29, of Danbury, for DWI. She was traveling on Route 22 in  Southeast, when she was stopped for a vehicle and traffic law violation. The investigation revealed that she was impaired by alcohol, and she was subsequently arrested.
