Mahopac Man Didn't Install Interlock Device, Yorktown Police Say

Going through a red light turned into big trouble for a 35-year-old Mahopac man.

James Hosford was arrested in Yorktown and charged with driving with a suspended license and driving without an interlock device installed, a condition of his suspended license, after police pulled him over for passing a steady red light on Route 6.

Hosford was released after posting $145 bail and is due back in court on May 2.
