Man Charged With Stealing $20,000 From Yorktown Home

YORKTOWN HEIGHTS, N.Y. -- A Pawling man was charged with stealing $20,000 from a Yorktown home stemming from a burglary that occurred in July, according to Yorktown Police.

Justin Williams, 26, was charged with felony burglary after a warrant was issued for his arrest following an investigation into the incident in which he is accused of entering the home through a window and stealing property worth more than $20,000, police said.

Williams was in the Westchester County Jail after being found with seven decks of heroin by Bedford Police earlier this month. For more on that arrest, click here.

Williams was processed and returned to jail when he was unable to make the $100,000 bail. He is scheduled to appear in court on Nov. 3.
