Troopers responded to Hudson Valley Hospital for a report of a criminal sex act on Friday, July 20. Investigators determined Patricia A. Dolan of Cortlandt committed the act on a victim under the age of 13, according to state police.
On Saturday, July 21, State Police from the Cortlandt barracks arrested Dolan. She was charged with Criminal Sex Act in the first degree, a Class B felony.
Dolan was arraigned before the town of Cortlandt Court, and remanded to the Westchester County Jail in lieu of $25,000 cash bail or $50,000 bond.
Dolan is next scheduled to appear before the Court on Monday, July 30.
