Andrew Eidelson was charged with criminal possession of stolen property in the 4th degree, a Class E felony after an Evergreen Street resident reported his wallet, containing debit cards and cash, was missing, police said.

An investigation determined Eidelson had the wallet while on Evergreen Street, police said.

Eidelson voluntarily turned himself in and was released on $2,500 bail. An order of protection was issued against the victim.

He is due back in court on April 11.
