Yorktown Police Arrest Croton Teen On Marijuana Possession Charge

YORKTOWN, N. Y. -- A 16-year-old Croton-on-Hudson boy is facing a marijuana possession charge after police found him with the drug earlier this week at BOCES' Fox Meadow Campus in Yorktown, police said.

The principal of the school called police Tuesday, April 12 to report that the unnamed boy had a small quantity of marijuana at school, police said. Police are not releasing the boy's name because of his age.

The teen was arrested and processed at the scene, and released to the school, police said. He is due back in court at 6 p.m. May 12, police said.
