Yorktown Resident Charged With Felony Criminal Mischief

YORKTOWN, N.Y. – A Yorktown man was charged with felony criminal mischief and other charges after an altercation with another person on Sunday, according to the Yorktown Police Department.

Jeffrey Combs Jr., 30, was arrested after he was accused of restraining a resident, breaking that person’s phone, attempting to prevent that person from calling the police and acting in a manner that would injure a child.

Combs was charged with criminal mischief in the third degree, criminal mischief in the fourth degree, unlawful imprisonment in the second degree and endangering the welfare of a child.

He was arraigned in Yorktown Town Court and served with a temporary order of protection. 

Combs is due back in court on Thursday.
