The teen was allegedly observed turning without signaling. A subsequent vehicle and traffic stop allegedly revealed 8 grams of marijuana in posession of the defendant.
He is also charged with failing to signal, having an expired registration and having an open container of alcohol in the vehicle.
The 18-year-old's name is withheld due to possible eligibility for youthful offender status.
