Westchester County Executive Rob Astorino and his Democratic challenger Senator George Latimer will be participating in their first head to head debate Tuesday, Oct. 10 from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. at the Reckson Center at 360 Hamilton Avenue in White Plains.

Astorino, a Republican, is running for a third term.

The debate is sponsored by the Business Council of Westchester and will be moderated by Lee Miringoff, director of the Marist Institute for Public Opinion.

“We are looking forward to hearing from the candidates on key issues such as economic development, the impact of closing Indian Point, the future of the Westchester County Airport and the fiscal health of the county as it deals with state mandates and seeks new sources of revenue," said John Ravitz, Executive Vice President and COO of the Business Council of Westchester.
