I just saw the ad that was mailed out on behalf of Grace and his rubber stamps on the Town Board
I find its intent and tone to be racist and intentionally insulting to the Democratic slate.
It is ironic that Grace who is only a part time supervisor but getting paid as a full time employee of this Town and has the nickname of puppet master over his rubber stamps board members would want to use this negative creative depicting hanging people from ropes.
Vishnuv Patel to my understanding does not take all of his salary or the benefits he is entitled to while others on the board not only take it all but also seem to be taking more than they should be and profiting handsomely from their elected positions.
It is really time for Yorktown to get a full time Supervisor and honest board members who will not use the towns vehicle , gasoline, telephones and office space for their personal gain and make million dollar deals that benefit themselves and their friends and business partners.
This current Board appears to only care about themselves and their pockets while trying to wrap themselves in our great flag while making statements insinuating that they are the only patriots.
To my understanding Patel’s family and children have done a ton more for this country and to protect this country than any of the other officials or their family. Susan Seigel who has just become a widow with the untimely death of her husband must be an easy target for the Board of bullies to target.
We need elected officials who do not have a history of being tax delinquents , liars, non compliant with paying their owns mortgages and general dead beats to run this town.
This ad is just another example of Yorktown currently being ruled by an imperial slate.
It is time for us the “dirt bags, shrills and malcontents and low life, and tree huggers” as Grace has called some of us to speak up at the voting booth and get our Town back
