Hollywood Stuntwoman Graces Elmwood Park Parade ELMWOOD PARK, N.J.. – Stuntwoman and Elmwood Park native Diane Peterson returned to her hometown to take part in the area's Centennial Parade on Sunday, according to NorthJersey.com. Peterson arrived at the parade on horseback, similar to how she attended football games as a majorette at Elmwood Park Memorial High School, NorthJersey.com said. North Salem Workers Plead Guilty To Stealing Hay From Lois Colley Estate NORTH SALEM, N.Y. – Two workers plead guilty to stealing more than $30,000 of hay from the Lois Colley estate in North Salem Thursday, according to lohud.com. Angel H. Parra Penafiel, 34, and Hugo Ramirez-Morales 35, were charged with third-degree grand larceny after police discovered the almost three-year old scam in the course of their investigation of the November 2015 murder of Colley in her home, as previously reported by Daily Voice. Lost Dog Found On Route 9 In Ossining OSSINING, N.Y. – The search is on for a lost dog's owner, after the animal was found on Route 9 in Ossining Saturday night. The dog was found around 10:30 p.m. running across the highway near TD Bank, and had no collar or tag, but scrapes and bruises and possibly a skin disease. She is now at the SPCA of Westchester, which is at 590 North State Road in Briarcliff Manor.

Yonkers Pedestrian Hit By Driver On McLean Avenue YONKERS, N.Y. – Police are investigating a Saturday morning accident in which a Yonkers pedestrian was hit, according to News 12. Suffern Police Car Hit By Drunken Driver, Police Say SUFFERN, N.Y. – A Suffern police car was hit by a drunken driver earlier this week, police said. The accident happened around 11:45 p.m. Wednesday night in front of police headquarters, police said. An officer was in the middle of a traffic stop and the car was hit just after he re-entered the car, police said. He got out of the car and arrested the driver.
