Five-Car Crash Snarls Taconic Traffic Near Yorktown

YORKTOWN, N. Y. -- An early-morning crash involving five cars on the Taconic State Parkway near Yorktown slowed down commuters Wednesday morning, according to lohud.com.

Police, who were not sure about any injuries, were able to clear the traffic by about 9:20 a.m. following the 7:40 a.m. accident. Immediately after the accident, one southbound lane on the Taconic near Route 134 was blocked, lohud. com says.
