A Frederick man will spend years in prison for raping a 12-year-old child who ran away from home, the State's Attorney's Office announced. Jonatan Daniel Corado-Moscoso was sentenced this week to 20 years in prison, with all but seven suspended, and will have to register as a sex offender for the rest of his life following the investigation into a sexual assault in 2022. A former high school track coach in Maryland has been sentenced for the sexual abuse of a teen athlete, authorities said on Wednesday, Feb. 14. Giovanni Reumante, 34, of Takoma Park, was sentenced to five years with all but one year suspended and three years of supervised probation upon release, the the Montgomery County State's Attorney's Office announced. The death of a 35-year-old man found in a patch of Maryland woods is being investigated as a homicide. Delondre Levert Sawyer, of Germantown, was found unresponsive in a wooded area near the 11200 block of Game Preserve Road in Gaithersburg on Thursday, February 8 and later pronounced dead, Montgomery County Police said.
