MDTA officials issued a warning to drivers Monday morning regarding increased rush hour traffic on several Baltimore highways following last week’s Key Bridge collapse. The southeast corridor of I-695 is closed on the Outer Loop at MD 173 (exit 1) and Inner Loop at MD 157/Peninsula Expressway (exit 43). A rollover involving four vehicles in Montgomery County sent four people to the hospital Monday morning, March 18, crews said.
