Man Charged In Murder Of Hudson Valley Man After 5 Years Following a five-year investigation into the death of a Hudson Valley man, detectives, and the FBI Safe Streets Task Force have arrested a suspect in the case.  Dikion D. Constantine, age 23, of the Bronx, was charged on Thursday, April 11, with the murder of Sebastian Avilan-Medina, age 26, of Middletown, on Monday, March 11, 2019.  According to Lt. Intruder Caught At Carmel Animal Hospital A woman faces charges after illegally entering a Hudson Valley animal hospital during its overnight hours, police said. The incident happened in Putnam County on Friday night, April 12, when a woman illegally entered the Carmel Animal Hospital at 235 Route 52, according to Carmel Police. A detective soon found the suspect near the hospital and arrested her. The suspect, a woman whose name has not yet been released by the department, was charged with: Third-degree criminal trespass; Possession of burglar's tools. She was later released with a future court date.
