Bedford Turkey Trot Kicks Off On Saturday BEDFORD, N.Y. -- The 12th-annual Bedford Turkey Trot, a mainstay race in Bedford Village, will be held on Saturday morning. The race kicks off at 9 a.m. on Court Road, which is in front of Bedford Village Elementary school. It will end at Bedford Village Memorial Park.  The race is 3.1 miles, which means that it is a 5K. Registration is scheduled to take place at the park at 7:45 a.m., with a check-in deadline of 8:30 a.m. for all runners. This year's Turkey Trot reports having 475 entires.
