Man Arrested After Failing To Appear In Court, Yorktown Police Say YORKTOWN, N.Y. -- A Connecticut man who had been wanted on drug possession charges surrendered to authorities last week, Yorktown police said. Ethan S. Gaudet, 21, of Somers, Conn., was supposed to appear in Yorktown Justice Court on Tuesday, March 7, to answer charges of seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a misdemeanor, police said. Police could not confirm any of the details, but a person who answered the phone at Trotta’s West Street Pharmacy Sunday afternoon said they could not comment on the reported robbery because it was under investigation.
